Waitlist Annual Fee
To ensure a realistic timeline for prospective tenants and to prioritize serious inquiries, we require a $25.00 annual fee to secure your place on the waitlist. This fee will be billed once per year.
If you choose not to pay the annual fee, you will still be added to the waitlist, but your spot will be placed next in line with others who opted out of paying the fee.
